Yes! Every item is handcrafted by us, ensuring unique quality, character, and charm — no mass production here.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Currently, we don’t offer customizations or bulk/wholesale orders. But who knows? Never say never 😉
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we proudly deliver pan-India. No matter where you live, our love will reach you.
Is gift wrapping available?
While we don’t offer formal gift wrapping, every order is packaged with care — like a gift from us to you.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed in 3–4 working days, and you’ll get tracking info via SMS/email as soon as it’s shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location.

We ship via trusted partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, EcomExpress, and Xpressbees
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above ₹2500 qualify for free shipping across India.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive tracking details by SMS, email, and you can also track via our Tracking Page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is available with a verification call before shipping. No extra charges applied.
Is payment secure on your website?
Yes. We use Cashfree payment gateway, ensuring your data and transactions stay 100% safe.
🔁 Return & Refund
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but an unboxing video is required. Return shipping fee of ₹200 is paid by the customer.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and unboxing video. We’ll guide you from there.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to your original payment method.
